Squash kabobs

A dinner offering from Jacob! Kabobs take almost no time to cook (8-ish minutes) and you can get crazy with the flavoring, or stick to salt, pepper and olive oil for an easy winner. I like the metal skewers because they’re easy to clean and reuse. I finished off the meal with rise and a fruit salad, but it’s easy to sub a green salad and lentils.
